Inpatients

Inpatient referrals can be sent by one of the following means to the McCrae Rehabilitation ward;

Day Patients

To attend a Day Rehabilitation Program, we require a signed referral from a GP or Specialist to one of our Rehabilitation Specialists.

Once a referral has been received, an appointment will be made for you to be assessed by one of our Rehabilitation Specialists. The length of the rehabilitation program and type of therapies you need will be determined at the initial assessment.
