Before your admission
Your booking will be made through your doctor’s
surgery. For a smooth admission process, we ask that
you attend to the following matters prior to your
admission:
Pre Admission Information
To offer you a speedy
admission process, we request that you lodge or post your admission
forms in prior
to admission. Our reception is open from 6:30am
to 10:00pm, and it is preferable that you attend in
person to complete or deliver the necessary paper
work. If you are unable to do so, please telephone our
reception with your details on 5976 0888.
We offer a pre-admission service for our patients to assist in ensuring patients are fully informed and prepared for their hospital admission.
The clinic interview and assessment will take place in a private one to one interview with a nurse. This is a free service offered by Beleura Private Hospital. Please allow approximately one hour.
You can ring our reception on 5976 0888 and ask to speak to Judy Vidler to make an appointment.
Private Health Insurance
Please contact your Private Health Fund to confirm
your level of cover and whether you have an excess or
co-payment on your policy. In the event that you do
have an excess or co-payment, your excess is payable
at the time of your admission, and co-payment(s)
are payable at discharge.
