Graduate Nursing

The Graduate Year Program (GRADPLUS) aims to provide a supportive learning environment to facilitate the newly registered nurse’s smooth transition from student to registered nurse. Caring, nurturing and experienced and approachable preceptors are the backbone of the success of the program. The new graduate is able to further develop and consolidate nursing, organisational and time management skills in a variety of clinical situations. Professional development is further enhanced by paid study days during the program.
